At Villalobos Rescue Center, we are dedicated to provide lifelong care and love to dogs and cats that face significant medical or behavioral challenges , making them unlikely candidates for adoption. Our Sponsorship Program offers a meaningful way for our supporters to contribute to the well-being of these “lifers” through monthly donations. The cats apart of our Kajun Kitty Sponsorship Program, are unable to go to one of our transport partners or be adopted out due to being feral, or not candidates for an easy adoption. These guys live in our HUGE beautiful indoor/outdoor catteries

We’re continuing our efforts to support the community before kitten season is upon us. We recently took in two mama cats, Maizie and Posie, who had been having litters in their respective neighborhoods.  We are also in the process of trapping Posie's last litter of kitten, who are about 6 months old.

We are still actively TNRing our largest colony yet, over 50 cats.
So far, 14 cats have been spayed or neutered (8 males and 6 females), and just yesterday we secured spots for 2 more cats to be fixed in the coming week.
Progress may feel slow, but it’s steady and meaningful.
When left unchecked, 4 cats can quickly become 20… then 50.
Step by step, we’re helping stop that cycle and create lasting change.

Remember To Paws Inc.

We had to say goodbye to Beaubette last week.
This is a hard one.
Beaubette was at Villalobos Rescue Center - Life 4 Paws, Inc. for a long time and overlooked for adoption.

Thankfully Emily was able to take her in and give her the best life until the end. Please keep Emily in your thoughts and prayers.
